Multi-faceted, there are so many factors that play into real estate every day. These factors range from demographics to socioeconomics to the sub–prime to politics and case law. Each new President and some politicians bring new challenges or changes that affect real estate on almost a monthly basis. President Obama’s insightfulness brought us the Economic Stimulus Package. Governor Patterson is fighting to take away the STAR program which gives some tax relief to Seniors and home owners. My experience as a Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent and the administrative side of real estate transactions brings me new challenges and knowledge on a daily basis. So my conclusion: Wake up each day with a positive outlook, welcome the challenges and the changes, and enjoy the opportunity to work with the general public in their endeavors to list or purchase their Real Property.

As far as hobbies go, I like to read. I love to travel but I am always glad when I get home. I guess you could say that my grandchildren are my favorite hobby. I have twin little boys that are very curious about everything. I enjoy week-ends away with my friends especially when we are going to a music or wine festival. I love real estate and being a Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent allows me to experience the uniqueness of each transaction and it allows you to meet some very eclectic people.
